About Me
Hi :)
I was born and raised in Italy, in a place far less famous than it deserved (Bergamo is gorgeous! Check it out!).
I started travelling (my favourite way to do it is with friends and in groups) when I was a teen and I've never stopped.
Now I do it for many purposes: working and learning, practicing languages, having fun, meeting friends, relaxing.
I really don't need comfort, surely not as much as adventure.
What else do you want to know?! Hopefully I'll tell you when we meet!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because my travels have to be exciting and inexpensive travels: above all, I love meeting people and I think the world deserves being trusted in and explored.
Interests
Travelling (need I say it again?!).
Sport: hiking, jogging, judo (I'm quite proud of my black belt!) and, as an amateur, everything that doesn't take effort and is played in group (soccer and the like).
Culture (I'm a philosophy major), from worldviews to local plates. I love arts and usually don't miss the local museum.
Volunteering: everything that is beneficial and is done for free.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hard to say! I love so many: when it comes to music, unexpectedly I go rather pop, so I would say Swedish House Mafia "Don't You Worry Child".
Movies: "Brother Where Art Thou?" by the Coens
In this period the winner of a hard contest is Doctor Zhivago, but I'm not sure how long it will resist
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking James Canyon, in Coconino County (AZ).
Teach, Learn, Share
You can teach me almost... Everything! I put the blame on studying philosophy, but be that true or not there is and incredible amount of daily, ordinary things that elicit my curiousity.
And beside that, I always want to discover how do you kill time in your corner of the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I've experienced that this is pretty appreciated, so I would start by sharing Italian food! I'm not a masterchef but I'm quite average at preparing plates and some sweet...
Of course I'd like to teach/share whatever you want to know about my travels and Italy!
I love talking and playing board games, in addition to the outdoor stuffs I already mentioned.
And if we want to talk about the obvious, of course if you are one of the 50% of the world population who gave up fascinating philosophy to become whatever else I'm here to make up for that!
