Hi, I'm Dario! I'm a PhD student in mechanical engineering, and I currently live in Torino, Italy. I love travelling, seeing and "feeling" new places, and of course meeting new people. I'm also a pianist and I really like jazz, rock, indie music.

Music: I'm a music lover, this list may be very long! Let's start with Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Brad Mehldau, Chet Baker, Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, Yes, King Crimson, Yellowjackets, Grizzly Bear, Radiohead, Tame Impala, Bonobo, Caribou, The Cinematic Orchestra, Fleet Foxes, Get The Blessing, Jamiroquai, Nick Drake, Slint, Tortoise...

Movies: almost everything of Wes Anderson, Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg, Giuseppe Tornatore, Paolo Sorrentino, Coen brothers... I like the old-fashioned noirs of Orson Welles and Billy Wilder, the early cinema masterpieces of Buster Keaton and thrillers by Alfred Hitchcock.

Books: mostly fiction books, and mostly italian authors. I like also science fiction and sometimes essays.
