About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Spend some years abroad as a resident (...in some warm place perhaps!)

ABOUT ME

I am from Rimini (Italy) and i currently work in Manila, after two years living in Kuala Lumpur and Milan. I got my degree in mechanical engineering in 2012 and I have been recently appointed as Sales Manager for Asia Pacific in a company that makes me travel a lot! which, of course, it's good. but business trips are not as fun as holiday ones, aren't they!?

I reckon myself being quite sociable and friendly. I am also super curios about others language and culture, food and so on.
I really like clubbing around but i also enjoy hanging out with friends and just chilling out! :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I am really respectful o other's things, cultures and i tend to behave accordingly. I really adapt to people and/or circumstances naturally.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am often on business trip, mostly around Europe. I am really keen on meeting locals in order to actually live the cities I go to!
I am really not a spa-swimmingpool-hotel kind of guy.
I can also host both in Milan and in Rimini (just a couple of weeks on summers vacation!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met Polina in Minks, we had dinner together and she showed me the town a little (even though it was freezing and kinda late)! It was a good experience and I would like to do it again.

Interests

Clubbing, sunbathing, hanging out with friends, playing beach volleyball (only on summer, sig :'(), TRAVELLING!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite movie is "Match Point" by Woody Allen.
I love this quote: "The man who said "I'd rather be lucky than good" saw deeply into life. People are afraid to face how great a part of life is dependent on luck. It's scary to think so much is out of one's control. There are moments in a match when the ball hits the top of the net, and for a split second, it can either go forward or fall back. With a little luck, it goes forward, and you win. Or maybe it doesn't, and you lose."
I find it powerfully true.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I really enjoy Istanbul...I was lucky enough to be on a 10th floor terrace on the Bosphorus on a super shiny day...Istanbul looked so perfect!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Italian and my English is kinda good as well (I used to have a British girlfriend when i was in England to develop my master degree thesis).
Even though I don't think myself as a chef, i can definitely cook Italian stuff (Pastaaaaa). So, that might be another skill i can pass onto someone!
