Who I am I don't actually know. I can tell you what characterizes this person and what I am mostly inspired from, ok? I love Nature, woods, forests, streams, peaks, water, earth, fire. Always more I feel a non separated part of it. I love to sit in the nature and still my mind. Great things happen to me when I do so.
I love cooking, I do it out of inspiration, and it's my profession. I eat vegan and love to cook with local, seasonal, fresh ingredients, mixing tastes, colours, fragrances. I love to cook for people, I love seeing them inspired, happy, grateful.
I love cycling, it's a lovely pace, not too slow, not too fast for me. It's not noisy, neither smelly. It takes me where cars cannot reach and keeps my body active.
I love being in company of people that give the best of themselves. Humble people, positive people, easy going people, well, great people! I love to learn from them and share with them.
