Overview
About Me
I am doing an undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology currently, so most of my interests lie within this realm. I am passionate about science, nature, and space. I love science fiction films and TV shows. I love music, I have a record player and an expanding collection of vinyl. I live with my boyfriend - who is also a student - and our cat, Luna.
During school I work as a peer tutor at my university. I love helping people and helping them to learn about difficult subject such as chemistry.
I am not available to host in Canada because I currently do not have my own place and I live with other people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Scuba diving in Mayan Riviera. I was so scared when I was doing the training in the pool, I looked like I had seen a ghost and it felt like it too. I didn't think I would actually go and do it because I was that terrified. But I had already paid and got myself all the way out there and I wasn't about to let fear get in the way of doing something awesome, so I did it. And it was awesome.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I am currently doing a science degree so I can tell you all kinds of science things, and I know a lot of random cool facts.
For example: Over 50% of the human genome is leftover from viruses and 'jumping genes', and only about 1.5-5% of the human genome codes for proteins that are used.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories from previous traveling, science facts and interesting things, kindness.
