About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To become a successful restaurateur, and to never stop traveling

ABOUT ME

I am a lover of hospitality, food, wine and spirits, beer, music, people, friendly debates and discussions (especially with a glass of wine in hand), and learning about what it is to be human. I fell in love with traveling a few years ago, and have been doing as much of it as possible since.

PHILOSOPHY

Never stop learning, never stop striving to be a better person, and understand that you can do anything you truly want to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many friends' couches/floors all over Europe and the US. As mentioned I love to travel, and will do (almost) anything to get out there and see/experience more places. I take up little space (even though I'm 6'3''), love to cook, am very clean, and will gladly help to tidy up the place when necessary.

Interests

I love learning about everything hospitality. My specialty is restaurant management and all that goes with it. I love learning about and experiencing the joys of beer, wine and spirits. I'm a wine & beer maestro in the making, and am always happy to learn more about these ancient human practices. As I have learned, the history of alcohol is the history of man. I also love to mountain bike, snowboard and hike, and basically what gets me outdoors. I am fascinated by languages, having become fluent in German, and knowing some others. And of course, reading and learning about my place in this amazing universe
