Overview
About Me
I was born in Nigeria and immigrated to the United States shortly before I turned 21. I lived in the north-eastern part of the country (Yonkers, Buffalo, Brooklyn, Baltimore, and Syracuse) for 14 years and in Houston TX for 3.5 years.
I would describe myself as open, non-traditional and somewhat non-conformist. I value simplicity, minimalism and collecting memories over material things.
My goal in life is to be free to go wherever I want, whenever I want, and with whomever I want. And to truly become the best version of myself, while living my best life :-)
I am currently living in Sevilla, Spain and making several trips all over Europe
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In 2015, I took my first solo trip to Europe, and I immediately felt a strong pull towards solo traveling and the nomadic lifestyle. Although I love exploring new places and cultures, what I truly enjoyed the most was meeting people and connecting with them.
Since my first trip, I have taken more solo trips which lead to how I discovered the couch surfing community. Although I am yet to host or stay with a couchsurfing host, I have met a lot of amazing travelers using couchsurfing hangouts.
My goal is to continue to travel and open myself fully to this it without any expectations, but accepting whatever the travel experience offers me.
Interests
I love Latin dance, and I am intermediate in Salsa and Bachata, a beginner in Kizomba and Zouk. I am interested in exploring the dance scene in any city I visit.
I am interested in self-discovery, self-exploration, personal growth, and development, using various tools I have at my disposal. I enjoy talking about spirituality and various belief systems different from mine.
I am also interested in the stories of other people. I am drawn to unconventional ways of life and I am interested in different schools of thought and hearing about them, regardless of my personal opinion and belief system. I am naturally inquisitive and I ask a lot of questions, so don't get offended!

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have a specific taste in music. Growing up, I was mostly exposed to Nigerian music, Reggaeton, RnB, and Pop music, so I do have an ear for that sound. However these days, I listen to whatever sounds good based on my mood :-)
My most recent favorite books: The Alchemist, The Surrender Experiment, 4 hour work week, The Richest Man in Babylon. I would love to read more!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you basic steps in Salsa, Bachata and Merengue. If you already know how to dance, I can follow most Latin dances, and I can be your dance partner!
I want to learn about your city, culture, language, and lifestyle.
