About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Out to explore, have some fun, learn, get fitter, go mad, all the usual travelling highs ;)
ABOUT ME
I'm 25, and finished 6 years of studying, and I feel I need to travel more than I have done in the past.
After a perfect time travelling in Poland, I decided to take up teaching in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It's a culture shock but I'm up for the challenge.
PHILOSOPHY
Keep learning and asking questions!
Open-mindedness
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Just started experimenting.... so far, I've made some unbelievable contacts across Poland, and I can't believe I haven't used CS before.
I also love the events and networking features, so I try to communicate a lot through these, you can learn a lot.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Newbie somewhat, although I'm getting into the rhythm of it.
Interests
Love running and fitness, I train up to 40miles a week when training, and I've done marathons/triathlons.
Also enjoy playing the drums and the piano.... not at the same time ;)
Reading non-fiction, hanging out in bars/clubs, hiking, swimming.....

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything non-fiction, I read sociology and psychology in my leisure. 'The Head Trip' by Jeff Warren is a great read.
Films: Fight Club, Mrs. Doubtfire, Into the Wild, In Bruges.....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seeing the vast opportunities across Europe in Poland, Holland, Belgium, Germany..... all beside each other, and far too much untouched and unexplored I feel.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've qualified as a sports and remedial physical therapist so I can treat a range of sports and physical pain. I am passionate about this because I've suffered injuries through running, and I love helping people get over their aches and pains. I was captain of my club in university so I can lead training sessions for running and circuits.
I'm going to start my doctorate in counselling psychology in the next year so I have good listening and analysis skills (not a mind-reader though!). I also love talking about sociology to anyone who'll listen!
I'd be happy to pass on anything I've learnt to a willing student
