Hi i am Darragh, I recently finished a voyage of Acient knowledge, carrying a fire of fertility from Norway to the center of Ireland to mark a great change in the world's nature :). I has been travling the world the last 5years as a chef. During these years i have created a passion for local wild organic Foods. I have Been learning about the indengous plants and animals. Going back to my roots and trying old techniques of the past. I am now travling around learning about the culinary history of my own culture and looking for a location to put my skills into practice.
