I've pretty much spent the past 2 years travelling the world which has been amazing! Africa is the only continent i have yet to conquer, but there's still time for that!

Road tripping from Lake Tahoe to San Diego, Swimming with piranhas, gators and river dolphins in Bolivia, wine-tasting in Argentina, fishing in Chile, sunrise on Machu Picchu, sunset anywhere in Asia, teaching Buddhist Monks in Thailand, Carnevale in Rio,the Western Australian desert, performing the Haka in Rotorua, living on a desert island in Cambodia, and of course Paddy's Day in Ireland :P
