Overview
About Me
Hello! My name's Darragh pronounced "Dara" but my friends call me Daisy 🌼
My pronouns are they/she 🖤
I'm a queer eco-anarchist based in Scotland! I love to get creative and make art of all kinds :)
I'm active in social and climate justice spaces in Scotland and love to meet other activists when I'm travelling.
I volunteer with a radical urban mushroom farm in Edinburgh - I'm a big mushroom geek! 🍄
I'm a creative person, I studied printed textile design and love to paint, draw and write. I have always been inspired by my surroundings and love to travel and explore new places.
I recently finished my first year my masters in art therapy!
After a long break from exploring outside of Scotland, I'm excited to see a bit more of the world this summer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think of CS as a way of meeting new people and sharing stories and yummy vegan good food (I make pretty good noodle soup) Whether that be while I'm at home or during my travels. Unfortunately I don'y have enough space to host anyone at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A couple years ago I rehabilitated a seagull who was hit by a car. They lived with us for 4 days and we fed them and and gave them a bath every day! They've now recovered and been released back where we found them💜🐦
Teach, Learn, Share
I did irish dancing for 10 years as I was growing up. If you're interested I can teach you a few steps.
I also LOVE a ceilidh, which is a must if you’re visiting Scotland.
I'm currently learning British Sign Language
My Spanish is a bit rusty so if you speak Spanish + wanna practice that would be cool!
