I'm 49 years old.
Was married for 20 years and have two amazing kids!
I love walking and exercising in general.
Love to cook (and eat!) and I'm told my stuff is always pretty good!
Love a drink and dinner with friends.
Watching movies (almost any!) and playing games (sport and board/card games)
Love to just hang out and talk with friends.
Camping/light hiking.
Also enjoy quiet time on my own - Reading and writing.

I've done a lot of community service in my life - from raising thousands of dollars for worthwhile causes, to being a companion for kids with cancer through Camp Quality.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After a recent change in life situation, I'm taking 6 months off work (Long Service Leave and Annual Leave) to do the stuff I never got to do as a younger guy! I'm having a bit of ME time!
I'm looking forward to Travelling the world, meeting new people and seeing wonderful places and experiencing other cultures, food and drink.
What better way than to couch surf!
Whilst travelling, I'm planning on participating/volunteering in some English immersion programs in Poland/Hungary/Romania and Czech Republic.

Love reading Fantasy books (magic / sorcery), drama, thriller, crime.
