I have been running for nearly 30 years. I am a lifelong learner. I lived in Germany for five years as a child and really developed the travel bug. I love to be outside running, hiking, snowshoeing, or taking my cruiser bike for a spin. I love to read nonfiction. I love to play games.

I'm a crazy metal-head, but I tone it down for my guests. I'm into almost any musical genre. Give me a nonfiction book, and I'll love it. I love comedy and sci-fi movies.
