I spend most of my time hiking and skiing in the mountains. The Canadian Rockies are my home. My most used posessions are my backpack and thermos.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm afraid of surfing in the ocean, so couches are my only option. (I'm actually just keen to meet some nifty locals)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was once held at knifepoint by a gang of little kids in Tibet. I managed to outwit them by running very fast (I actually almost didn't out run them because It was at 4000m and I wasn't well acclimatized!).
