I'm an easy-going, down to earth 50 y/o who has traveled to Europe, Africa, Central America and Asia. I am a very curious person, constantly questing for more knowledge. I love learning from open-minded people from different cultures or just relaxing and sharing stories.

Although it can be difficult for me to host, I will be more than happy to show any new people around San Diego. I'm currently not working and have a decent amount of free time throughout the day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always enjoyed meeting interesting people during my travels around the world and this site strikes me as a place that will have like minded people on it. I've also been out of work, so I need to conserve finances when I travel.

I'm a big fan of exploring all of nature's beauty, with photography being a means to that end. Meeting people of different cultures/foods/customs etc. Live music, San Diego's beaches.

Music, Movies, and Books

Not too picky when it comes to music, but I tend to gravitate towards the rock genre, with U2 being one of my favorite bands. I also enjoy, pop, dance, electronica, jazz, blues, lounge etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scuba Dived in El Nido Philippines, one of the most beautiful places I've been. Hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a pleasant, easy going personality. I will always be respectful of your space, by cleaning up after myself, helping to cook/clean, being quiet when appropriate. Sharing stories of my travels. I'm always generous to the degree I am able.
