I became Australias most awarded illustrator by the age of 24, since the realisation that ego gratification wasn't what it is cracked up to be, I have squeezed the marrow from life to find what IS essential. Travel and meeting people with the spark of life is primary to me. i like meeting with people who are hosting or traveling because when I return home its always the people I meet that make the journey memorable. I share a large patch of land with a friend who has a nearby house and yurt.. the yurt fits 2 people, its very close to a surf beach and river with own jetty and canoes, its set in the national forrest. Next to her house is a private shower/bathroom for the yurt inhabitants . What we want is a woofer type arrangement , spend 2 hrs a day working on the property, clearing vegetation, grass cutting etc in exchange for accommodation. For 4 hrs a day work said friend will feed you as well( vegetarian) . We are 5 mins from nambucca on the mid north NSW coast, 2 mins from the Pacific freeway, close to shops and the nearby town of Bellingen. We are 3hrs south of Byron. A magic spot we'd like to share with travellers who want to lend a hand in the upkeep of the idyllic land around us. We can accommodate you and friend for 1 week maximum. We are both easy going nature lovers.
