Overview
About Me
My philosophy is that you can learn from every person and every situation and grow with your experiences. That means that I approach everything and everyone with curiosity and warmth, because you never know what that person might teach you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Take all your things, put them in a backpack and travel east. That was my dream since I can remember. In February 2018, after finishing school and working as a ski instructor for a season, I started living that dream. I left home, went to the closest road, put my thumb up in the air and started hitchhiking to Nepal.
I actually have a tent, but certainly in winter, it is sometimes to cold to sleep outside. In addition, you don't meet that many new people that way. That's why I signed up on couchsurfing. To meet people, learn about their lives and share my story with them.
The only little difficulty is, that I have not taken a phone with me. My internet access is therefore restricted to internet cafes and kind drivers who borrow me their smartphone. So don't worry if I don't respond right away, I am probably already working on it :‐)

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all kinds of music that bring me in a happy mood.
Shawshank Redemption, Into The Wild or the whole Lord of the Rings Trilogy are movies that I could watch anytime.
I read a lot of German literature in school, some of which I liked better, some of which less. Hermann Hesse's Siddartha, Zweig's Schachnovelle (The Royal Game) or Lessing's Nathan der Weise (Nathan the Wise) belong to the ones I liked best.
That said, I am always open for tips about bands, movies or books I don't know of (yet).
