ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of a Goldilocks. Trying, tasting, teaching, experimenting, it's all part of the adventure. I'm a sucker for sensory delights and laughter of the eyes. I love curious and contradictory and am drawn to those who are compassionate, intrigued, intriguing, and driven to improve this word. Life is too serious to be taken seriously.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Host travelers when I can, cultural exchange in the US and during my travels, and invariably going to revisit people I meet on the road.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had one of the best breakfasts in New Orleans during Jazz Fest with my CS hosts and their wicked homemade hot sauce. A coffee date in St. Petersburg, Russia turned into a day of chatting, church visits, and champagne in the park.

Interesses

Sunshine, live music, travel, snow and water sports, family, exclamation, shooting stars, swimming in the ocean, picking fresh blackberries, big sunglasses, good reads, soft cloths (grandma's sweaters), the smell of horses and the sea, ichiban, scrappy dogs, little kids' isms, nom nomming, bare feet...
