ABOUT ME

Im a down-to-earth person, keen of music, history, nature, coffee, soccer and fun, one way or another. Im twenty years old and have recently finished doing my civil duty, working in a kindergarten. I graduated from Hjoerring gymnasium in the summer of 2010 and are planning on spenting a couple of years doing different things before starting my studies in university. Ive now come to Australia where Ill travel around for at least some months, but I have only a few weeks scheduled. Most of the time I dont know yet what Ill be doing or where Ill be staying. I wanted to travel to experience new cultures and people and to challenge myself. To come by and meet other couchsurfers is therefor very ideal for me when traveling around. I hope to meet a lot of different and nice people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I only recently learned about CS and have therefor only experienced the concept through my friends, which I found quite exciting. As im now travelling alone through Australia, Im very eager to meet other members and to contribute to the community with what I have to offer. Im always up for a night out or hanging out in cosy sorroundings.

Interests

I listen to and play a lot of music, which I also studied in gymnasium, though Im no expert. I play mostly piano, but I also do a bit guitar, drums and saxophone. Im rather open minded concerning music, and enjoys all different kinds of stuff from Jeff Buckley to MGMT and from ABBA to Grieg, and I love to expand my references. I attend concerts and are fan of festivals, Roskilde festival in piticular where Ive been every year for the past four.
Im quite interested in history and read more dusty, dull history literature than fictional.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive witnessed some men squeezing a milk-looking substance out of their breasts. That was amazing. Otherwise, abseiling in Czech Republic. More amazing things to come hopefully.
