Overview
About Me
I am a traveling freelancer on my quest to find happiness.
Although this pursuit seems quite vague for now, I am enjoying every single moment of it. Turns out office-free life is full of amazing serendipity and marvelous adventure.
I enjoy sharing the moments of my journey with people I meet on the way. Looking for deep and thoughtful conversations, warm and cozy evenings, and lots of fun.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am currently exploring Turkey. It will be my greatest pleasure to experience some local color and feeI the real country beyond the touristic facade. I am quite self-sufficient in my travels, so no need to show me around (unless you want to), but it would be nice to have someone to share a cup of tea with and exchange a couple of stories.
P.S. Even though some locals know Russian, I would be happy to speak with you in English, just to have more practice for both of us.
Although I've been registered as a couch surfer for quite a while, this experience is going to be new for me, so I really hope for your support.)
I will be happy to host as many people as I can as soon as I return to Saint-Petersburg ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
Gogol Bordello, Dubioza Kolektiv, all kinds of ska and Balkan music.
I am also quite fond of latino and reggaeton stuff.
I enjoy movies and books about magic, superheroes and good old murder mysteries.
The first two are quite uplifting, the latter is one of the ways to comprehend human nature in its fullest.
I am also interested in reading and watching all kinds of things related to different mythologies and religions.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have given up my full-time job and moved to the mountains.
Confirmed my C2 English level. Twice.
Raised the nicest cat in the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can do all kinds of stuff with English (teach, translate and write), so I would be eager to help you improve your speaking skills and share a couple of hacks for effective learning.
I am a pretty good cook and always open to any kind of gastronomic experiment.
I would love to learn some local legends and stories. Always loved a good fairy-tale.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would be happy to share all I have and know.
I am also quite good at admiring and praising people for how amazing they are. I guess, that's my best superpower)
