Overview
About Me
I'm 22, moved from Belarus to Serbia when I was 18 to study Scandinavian languages, literature and culture, currently live in Ringsaker, Norway and attend Arbeiderbevegelsens Folk High School, which is a one-year exchange program, where I study photography and international relations. I love travelling, photography, philology, singing. I can be a little introverted at times, but overall I love meeting new people and exploring new cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well, being a student means having financial challenges, so that's on of the reasons. But also, meeting people who live in a place that is totally new for you, gives a deeper understanding of it, it can change your perspective on the whole place even, it gives the city/town a face and a soul, unlike hotels.

I research the way languages shape the way we think and vice versa, also living in different countries and speaking multiple languages helped me gain perspective, has mad my experience quite interesting, at least I'd like to think so. So, I could tell quite a few things about that.
