About Me

I am Daria. Actually I'm fond of many things, for example sports: football and figure skating. I love learning languages and I already speak two: English and Spanish. I'm gonna learn German and I want to pick up also Japanese and French. I also have a lot of other hobbies, e.g. theatre, drawing, etc...
I am a curious and vivid person, I love to talk, but I never will disturb a person if they are not interested. I am not a person of discrimination amd prejudice, I love communicating with different people and getting to learn something new :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because that's a nice way to travel, make friends and integrate with the society in foreign countries :) I am very interested in learning new things and couchsurfing would help I hope!

Music, Movies, and Books

My fav music band is Dvicio, I also like Hurts, Placebo and quite a lot of other groups. My fav singer is Shakira. I like Spanish music, but the thing is that I like LOTS of bands and singers and naming all of them is a hard thing.
The movies I like the most are definitely Harry Potter films. Well, that's due to the fact I love the whole HP series, so ones of my fav books are also Harry Potter books. I also like Russian writer Max Frei, and if I'm asked what's my fav book of classic literature I'd say that's Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a fan of Yuzuru Hanyu I consider a very big deal that here in Russia we shown him all our affection by raising a very big banner saying "Have a big victory in the Olympic season, Yuzuru!" and he read that and we were shown on TV! That was quite hard thing to accomplish, but we've managed to do that!

Teach, Learn, Share

I suppose I can teach Russian and maybe how to draw (not sure about that), I can tell a lot about Russian culture also!
I would love to learn or at least try to learn any language :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Surely I can share my time and also I can definitely cook something of Russian traditional cuisine, help with chores if needed, help with anything if I'm capable of that.

Countries I’ve Visited

Egypt, Italy, Spain, Ukraine

Countries I’ve Lived In
