One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Over two years not having been in any one country for more than 20 days.
Climbed up to Hakuba and hitchhiked to an inn by a lake in what was probably the most beautiful place ever where I met a Chinese speaking inn keep in a ghost town.
Luggage in arms and in heeled Oxfords we ran across the Chinese border to Macau to catch a flight 30 minutes away
Missed a flight while in a hotel beside the airport
Woke up with my hair in a puddle on the sidewalk to a stranger in a cab waving my passport in the air saying he was there to save my life -- he eventually got his bag stolen while we napped (and I was wearing designer)
That travel romance that led you across Berlin in a car with someone you thought would be a thing and find to be the opposite
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an allied feminist. I strongly believe in fighting the patriarchy and in fighting overt and insidious sexism. I find gender based expectations oppressive.
I want to know more about how people approach learning experientially. I love talking about that bit.
I am a lover of history and philosophy both in the everyday and in text. Arendt, Bentley, Kant.
