ABOUT ME

I'm currently a student at Brown University in Providence, RI. Traveling has always been an immense passion of mine. When I'm not traveling and crashing on people's couches, I can be found dancing, playing racket sports and studying. I love meeting and getting to know people from all over the world, taking in different cultures and learning new things about new people and new places. As Singapore is a pretty small country (about 42km across), traveling has been in my blood ever since I was little. I've been to many places in Asia, Europe, South America and Australasia but only recently discovered the joy of spending months wandering around continents.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in having no regrets. Before doing anything (or stopping myself from doing it), I ask myself which decision I'll regret more and this usually works out for the best. I also believe in taking chances and not letting anyone stop you from doing what you want.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm primarily a surfer, I can't host because I'm living on campus and have a roommate. I would love to meet anyone who happens to be in Providence and wants a personal tour around Brown!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a new member and have only met one other CS-er who was visiting Providence. I've spent lots of time squatting at friends' places all over the globe, from London to New York, so I guess I've literally couch-surfed a lot!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Spent 4 months traveling through Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia & Chile before going to Greece, Italy, Spain, Amsterdam, Scotland and the UK for another 2.5 months. That has been the highlight of my life thus far
