Hello, my name is Daryna Andrusenko. I was born in the north of Ukraine, in the small town called Shostka. My family is small, there are only three members. In 2017 I've gratuated from high school. In school my favorite classes were English, History and Geography. Now I'm studying in Presov, Slovakia. My major is marketing and I'm really into it. I'm fond of dancing, this is my favorite hobby. One of my biggest dreams is to visit as many countries as I can.
I like communicating with people, getting to know something new to broaden my mind and sharing about my own culture.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

All my life I've been dreaming about visiting a lot of countries. And now, when I'm a student, I want to travel as much as it's possible. And living with local people is the best way to feel the atmosphere and culture, to get to know interesting facts, which you wouldn't find browsing in Internet. And also two years ago I was an exchange student in the USA and lived with an American host-family. I will never forget this experience, it was amazing, I could really see the life of the Americans from the inside. That's why I'm here on Couchsurfing to make friends all over the world and explore not only foreign cultures, but also share about my own one.

Música, películas y libros

My favorite singers and groups are Kendrick Lamar, Beyonce, Arctic Monkeys, Joy Division, G-Eazy and some of other Ukrainian/Russian artists. I also like a lot of people like reading (my favorite book is Harry Potter), watching movies (I don't have only one favorite, but I would call "Submarine", "The perks of being a sunflower", "Great Gatsby", "Anna Karenina" some of my favorite ones) and travelling of course.

I've decided to sigh in Couchsurfing (ahaha just kidding).
Maybe, one of the most amazing things I've done is my volunteering experience, I've done a lot of things to help others, to show that our modern worls is stiil full of kindness and love. Unfortunately, now I don't have a lot of time to volunteer, but I'm doing my best to find time for it.
