i just subscribed because i was planning a trip to NYC this springtime,but most off all,i just love the word and concept of couchsurfing,let this place be a true occasion of sharing stuff with others,ideas,tips,moments,feelings,wathever
i can open wine botles,drive,carry stuff if you need so...

music,art,philosophy,food,walking,truth,humor,life,hum...what is the meaning of life?why are our brains so limited most of the time? are we (humans) just some kind of predator-animal-virus in the food chain capable of laughing at ourselves ocasionally and contolled by our emotions or is there a way of growing up,of being somehow more connected spiritually (not religiously),right stop me cause i'll bore you guys,anyway,there is so much to learn and enjoy,even in a simple way,like subscibing to this website just because i love the word and concept of "couchsurfing"yeah guys,long life to couchsurfing attitude !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i've cooked many galettes,i accompanied fela kuti on his european tour in 1981

Teach, Learn, Share

my specialty is the french galette from britanny but instead of cooking it in butter,i cook it in olive oil so it becomes a new concept,much lighter,crispy base were anything can be added on top,i usually have an egg,comte cheese,small bits of garlic,ham or whathever,usually served with different salads on the side,thats probably my greatest achievment in this life so far because everyone seems to like it!
