It's also a self-discovery - it shifts the way you perceive the world, and lightens the answers you might have been looking for. It's curing, mind-breaking and horizon-expanding, that's why it is so fascinating :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cuz getting to experience a new place firsthand is the best experience a traveler can have - you interact with locals, listen to their stories and thus yourself become a local for a day or two in a completely unknown place. This def adds new colors to your journey making it more memorable :)
