Hi, I'm Dasha and I LIVE IN CHERKASSY, it's 200 km from Kiev, attention guys!

I'm active and communicative girl. Now I live with my husband Alex, work as freelance Java developer and have calm routine life. So if you are traveler and want stay with us and share your trip energy it would be great!

I made a lot of interesting things during my student years. I hitchhiked more than 30 000 km around more than 20 countries of Europe. Once I spent 4 days in Norway absolutely for free and I don't want to say that I'm very proud about this experience, but I was poor student who wanted to travel so mush. All these trips helped me to learn people, cultures and English.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Many reasons why I'm in Couchsurfing. First of all, I believe that it's the best way to learn a country or city. Secondly, I like to meet new friends from other countries.
Also I want to host. Sometimes it's very interesting experience. As plus I'll show my boring city in other interesting side!

Interests

I'm crazy about meeting new interesting people and feeling nice atmosphere with them. I like to notice beauty everywhere and in everything. Hitchhiking, tracking, photos, interesting books about other cultures and nations, my bicycle, a glass of good wine, when I have mood for that...
I learned geography at school from books and maps and now I feel geography by foot and heart! I'm happy to do it!
