Hello there! My name is Darya (Dasha) but in English speaking countries I usually go for Claire :D I've been having this name for more than 3 years so it has become my 2nd name 😊

I am originally from Ukraine but I've been traveling (and living) in many different places so far so now I feel I've become a citizen of the world.

Shortly about me: I am a solo traveler. I've been always traveling with my friends/family. But recently I've been planning some perfect trips and people around were busy so they couldn't accompany me. I got tired of waiting :D so I started traveling myself. I've been to Hong Kong, Cambodia and Indonesia alone ;) I was freaking out on the way there but all those trips went perfectly fine! 😊

So far I've visited 15 countries but I want to keep going and I do hope I can visit many other counties soon 😊

I am currently studying psychology online as well as working as a teacher. I am working with kids aged from 3 to 12 y.o. for over 1.5 years so far and this is the most pleasant job I've ever had! While working as a teacher I got a "zen" state of mind and a great sense of humor :D You need both while working with kids.

Soon I am finishing my contract with my current work place and I want to devote my time to the world exploration ❤️ Hope to see you soon, beautiful world, and hope to meet you soon, dear host 😊

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Traveling is my inspiration #1. I really do hope I can visit 100+ countries soon and I believe such platforms as Couchsurfing can make it happen since they prove that travels can be not that expensive, which means seeing our splendid world is an option that is available to everyone 😊

1. Solo traveling is an amazing thing that I did once and keep doing it since then 😊
2. Decided to change the country of living. 1 month later I moved to another part of the world.
3. Quit my university because didn't like my major. 3 years later I found the field I am really interested in. Now I am studying psychology online and I love it!
