About Me

I currently live in Israel, and enjoy traveling. I have previously lived in Mexico, China, and the USA. I have traveled in various areas for varying lengths of time that goes anywhere from a long weekend to 1.5 years. Some of the things I enjoy include hiking/camping, traveling, meeting new people, listening to a wide variety of music, going to concerts/live music shows, and discovering different and various things in life. I'm a relatively easy going person who is curious about different things in life, and in a good mood almost all the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I probably should have been on it a long time ago, and am finally getting around to it. I have been rather apprehensive since I'm not very big on social media nor writing about myself.

Reason I'm on it is that I hear from more than enough friends that it's another resource to have a place to crash, meet people, and to gain local experiences.

Interests

I also like expressing myself and connecting with people in different languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

A lot of the music I listen to is based on what I learn from traveling and/or living in a country, and simply staying curious. Some of the genres include Afrobeat, jazz and funk (various types and from various places), MPB, samba, electro-tango, gnawa music, psychadelic-influenced music, rock/rap (in various languages and from various countries).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I honestly do not know how to answer this question. I enjoy life, the associated experiences (some more profound than others), remember it, move forward, and bring them up within the flow of conversation.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning about different life styles, cultures, music, and just about anything else. I have lived in different countries and cultures, so I'm sure there's some insight that I could provide. However, for teaching/sharing, that all there within the flow of the conversation or the requests. I am not much for pre-determining what I'd want to teach/share. For learning, I just go with the flow, it's not a task.

What I Can Share with Hosts
