Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

len han

in trinidad, they have an old tradition, called "len han" which means "lend hand".

its a communal spirit of leanding a hand with each other's work to survive

you can still watch the tradition on the coast, where fishermen still regularly gather on the beach to pull in the seine nets, sharing the catch.

every sharing is an amazing gift

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my first guest was lino, a piano player from the us. i've hosted him last summer.
it was breathtaking. we've ended up at my appartemens balcony, crying cause it was such a heartwarming experience. we talked for hours.

i will never forget this
