Hello there!

I am a passion fuelled creative with a mutual interest in the arts and therapy. Having witnessed firsthand transformations in the fields of addiction therapy and musical communities, my heart beats to contribute something positive to this world by holding space for those who need it and expressing myself in every creative facet available.

I am British-born, the grew up in Germany at an international school which is where I developed a deep, lifelong affection for multiculturalism and international communities. Returning back to the UK before I turned nine was a hell of a culture shock, let me tell you 😂

I have a massive love for literature, nature, music, callisthenics and art! I have always been drawn to alternative types, authentic souls and those who have a fire burning in their heart to bring out something majestic from this world 🌍

My biggest red flags are racism, prejudice and unstable tempers

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m going on a road trip! 😃 for the last couple of months, I’ve been counting down the days to this. Urged by my manager to actually go on holiday haha, I decided I would traverse the roaming landscapes of the UK, realising that there is so much of this country, I have not seen.

I realise I have no references yet so it is a big ask to have me! however I will respect your decision 100%
I honour that trust must be formed, so I shall add them on as my travel around the UK develops <3

I’m setting off from the Midlands and my plan is to go to the Lake District, then Glasgow, then climb Ben Nevis, John O’Groats, and then pinball-machine back down through the map over to Wales, Glastonbury, Bristol, Cornwall, lands end, then Brighton and then coming back up through London, then Leeds before ending up back in the Midlands.

I have afforded myself space for improvisation but must keep to the plan as I have two weeks to do this 😁

So that is what brings me to Couchsurfing! For I am planning to stay with friends here and there, and wild camping in nature spots feel welcoming ☀️ I really wanted to meet some wonderful, new people on my quest and I would be deeply grateful if you could put me up for the night. I promise I am a cheery guest indeed and will have an ear for your stories and a whole pile of my own 😋 I look forward to meeting you!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Written a book
Released and performed over 10 albums of my own experimental soundscapes (Shrusic)
Beat my weed addiction - I know that’s not a huge task but it felt good to finally slay that dragon! changed my life for the better

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a whole host of calisthenics home exercises
I can teach you stuff on piano, guitar, bass, drums (personal favourite), singing technique/warm ups and some art games
I get so much from the exchanges of knowledge/insight/experience that we can offer each other during our encounters ❤️

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to put ££ towards the food if we share a meal and more than happy to help you with any tasks that I can accommodate /any heavy lifting 😃
