ABOUT ME

My current mission - "To explore the world. To discover new people and new place's. To experience things well beyound my wildest dreams. To grow as a person and to encourage others to do the same..."

I guess the best way to describe myself is a guy who is at the middle of what im hoping will be the adventure of a life time. My life's been great, full of fun, sun and adventure, but always in my home country of Australia. I've also been off on missions next door in New Zealand and a few surfing trips here and there in indoniesia!! Now im looking to discover something new and fresh elsewhere. Expanding my horizons i guess you could say. So im off on a new adventure with just myself and whoever is willing to join me. Im looking to discover a new world and new people too. And the key is to be laughing the whole way. I hope you'll be a part of my journey!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness is everything!!!!! If your not happy, your not living, just existing. Dont let life get you down. Be positive and always look on the bright side of life. The grass is only greener on the other side when you let it be. Respect each other and hate no one. Everyone is different and no one is perfect, so how about we all just get along..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I dont have a couch at the moment as i am travelling. in fact i dont even have a home! But i will one day. Before i left, i always had people i met on adventures staying at mine when they were in sydney. ive only just signed up to CS but it will be good to return the favours when i return home. UPDATE- I now have a couch so come stay with me!!!!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love to couch surf! When your travelling town to town, city to city, its sometimes hard to make new friends with so little time. With couch surfing, it connects you straight to the people! Ive made so many amazing friends in my time couch surfing! Most of them will be friends for life! I love it and i wouldnt have it any other way. Ive had an amazing time, every time! What more can i say......

Interests

I love Skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, rock climbing, slack lining, camping, fishing, motorbikes and Datsun's! I love photography! Basicly anything that makes me feel alive! I love being out in nature. In the bush or in the surf or hiking a trail. I like to try new things. Im normally up for anything...... I dont mind a beer or two, but hey, who doesnt.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I dont consider anything ive ever done to be "amazing". Only challenging....

THE OXFAM CHALLENGE - 100km Race - 48Hr
The most challenging thing i have ever done was a 100km none stop race across The "Ku-ring-gai Chase" National Park to raise money for the oxfam foundation. That was HARD work! Ive never felt so exhaust and satisfied than the moment i crossed that finish line.

CAMINO DE SANTIAGO - Two month hike
Just completed a 1327km hike from France, the whole way across Spain and finish in Porto, Portugal.

TOUR DE MONT BLANC
Completed Full circuit of The Tour De Mont Blanc. Was a really challenging hike for me as i did it solo over 12 days and camped in the wild every night! Was an amazing experience!!!

I see people do amazing things everyday! HAHA, some times very stupid, yet none the less, very amazing!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

There are unlimited opportunities to teach, learn and share with CS and this is why I love it so much...

Teach - Can teach you to surf or skate.
Learn - Im always up for learning new things. The day I stop learning is the day I die. I want to learn new languages, new skills, new cultures, new foods and new things to cook!!!!! Want to learn more about climbing and places to go and things to see!!
Share - stories and good times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A beer or two HAHA!!!!
