ABOUT ME

Writing a text about myself isn't my cup of tea.

In the past I was a scout, I played guitar in a highschool metalcore band but swapped the guitar when getting older for a computer to make some hiphopbeats. I was DJ Danny-D for a funny local hiphop band. Nowadays I swapped music making for film making.
In 2009 I graduated as a master in audiovisual arts (which basically means as a director).
Getting a job in the belgian film bussiness is quite hard so I made some music videos for free. I worked as an assistant on some film sets and founded my own production house: the Filmkabinet.
And so this is what I'm doing right now in life.

Always in for a laugh. Some dry humour. Like with films, I don't like predictability in life. Always in for some last moment stuff. I like to travel, eat, drink, nature and some historical stuff, art, not the biggest disco-goer (the opposite of these Jersey Shore people I think), but always in for a party.

Books: I the 4th year of primary school I was reading champion of the year. Nowadays I don't read a lot anymore. I like Philip Roth books, especially The Breast because it's so small and good.
