Overview
About Me
Native New Yorker. Graduate of Cornell University. Former radio DJ in Ithaca, Binghamton, Syracuse and Utica, NY. Lived in California for 15 years, including San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Eureka, Arcata and Encinitas. Also lived in Atlanta for two years.
In 2017 I traveled to India, Australia, Wales, England, Scotland, the Netherlands, and Germany before I settled in to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for nearly two years. While there I also took two trips to Thailand when I had to renew my visa. In May 2019 I returned to New York as my Mom was dying and I've mostly stayed here with my Dad since then to help him empty and sell his house so he can move to an apartment. I have been taking a few short trips within the US (and one to Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) and look forward to traveling internationally again soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to visit Saigon without knowing any Vietnamese and only knowing one person. I wound up living there nearly two years.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am offering to teach about the health, social and spiritual benefits of laughing on purpose. This will be experiential learning and bonding through laughter yoga, as well as interactive exploration of the global impact of having a daily laughter practice.
Time permitting, I'm also happy to share in preparing a meal.
Interested in learning travel tips.
