Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel the country with my one-man comedy shows, which combine stand-up, storytelling, improv, and weird theater. I'm a strong believer in the DIY ethos, and as my own tour manager, booking agent, PR guy, and producer, Couchsurfing is an immense help to keep my travel costs low and make one-on-one connections with people.

I love finding out about non-touristy local haunts that can give me a unique experience of a city: coffee shops, record stores, bookstores, little places to see music, anything super weird and strange.
