My girlfriend Amy and I love traveling, especially slow travel, meeting the locals and hearing their stories. I have five children and five grandchildren, and Amy has two daughters as well. We have been to many countries, and met many amazing people, but this has only whet our appetite for more adventures and new acquaintances! We each speak two languages, and are learning two more. We have an unending thirst for learning more words and languages.

Most of the books that I “read“ are audiobooks. Some narrators are wonderful at bringing them to life. John Grisham and Kate Quinn are a couple favorites.
