Finnish-Chinese-Indonesian who is deeply in love in language, solo travels, arts, local cultures, foods, outdoor activities (tennis, hike/trek, raft, glamp, or just walk with gelato on hand), and has big interests on humours, psychology and photography (you can't count on me; newbie on these 2) :)
I'd consider myself pretty chill and 'lazy/slow' (good kind of lazy), as well as fairly inter-cultural, I would say.. Aside of travelling, I live and have lived in Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, and Canada.

I'm a mixed-raced Indonesian (Indonesian, Chinese, and Finnish), but my family (and Indonesians in general) has deep rooted culture from the Dutch, so we're sharing many same thing with Dutch, even our language are similar..
So ya, growing up in an open-minded family, with cultures from here and there, and spend my young adult life outside of Indo, plus travellings, that makes me very rich in mindsets and life experiences that money can't buy!

I'm also a traveling musicians: Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Canada, USA, Italy, Vienna, Vatican Russia, Siberia, etc. And I'm traveling quite often, that's why I'm reconsidering go on with my couchsurfing again :) Can't wait to see many great global friends!!

Making internationally new genuine friends for life (either I'm hosting or surfing)!
Global friends: global-citizens. Diversity for unity. This makes our lives so rich and colourful!

Had done a few times on meeting new people with different backgrounds I'm off for a moment on couchsurfing, but now I'm back! Living in Australia and Canada makes me realise the beauty of enriching ourselves with different point of views, cultures, values, etc :)
Will be a total blessing to be able to solo travel to a country, get soooo sooo local with true locals!
I'm not a huge fan of hotels; hostel? last option.

Travelling has made me learn heaps of things.. and I don't think I would ever give up on travelling and meeting new people from all background from around the world. And, some of them have become my great close friends, regardless the distances.

That why I'm on CS. Otherwise, I'm not here :)

- Meeting Pope Francis with my choir and ensemble during the tour. I'm not a catholic, but I know he's such a big figure in the world! RESPECT!

-Jump from a pretty high 7-metre cliff to a river when rafting; my first attempt :) Now looking forward to do it again!

- Share stories of mine and share experiences I've had.
I love getting my guest to know few places where I live, the best local could offer, instead of 5-star hotel. I would also love to learn how true locals live, and tweak my POV in life :) learn as many, when I'm able to travel the world!
- Share my laughs too; just be warned, my friends says I'm sassy too haha! I love to have a great talking time with my host/surfer over food / coffee :)
- Learn everything as many as possible, while I'm able to travel the world! This's why I love traveling solo!

My knowledge, experiences, friendship, and definitely humour and laughs.

Hosts: You may wanna know to that I am a very clean person. I know usually musicians have this 'stereotype' of being lazy/unstructured/etc, but I'm more of a teacher (90%), I work with discipline, punctual, hard work, problem solving, etc. I have these embedded in me, but my nature is chill and a bit 'slow' (enjoying life a bit too much), so well, I think you can deal with me haha!

Hope I can meet some great locals where I'm heading to! And I really really wish my presents will bring joy and laughs to your warm hygge home!

However, I have to be really forward with this, that I have "ZERO INTEREST" and "NOT" looking for any kind of sexual acts/conducts!
