About Me

One of my goals in life is to pull out people on their comfort zone and give them challenges they could not even imagine.

Traveling has been my go-to-avenue to de-stress. Printing my airline ticket gives me an excitement that I'm always closer to my ultimate destination; local or foreign. It's amazing how travel gets you connected to a diversity of people - for me, it is also one way of binding yourself together thru love no matter your color, race and beliefs you may have in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:

I listen to Aqualung & Keane when I wanted to look back to those good old days. Grew up from a family listening to The Beatles; I always love their The Long and Unwinding Road song.

Movie:

Chungking Express by Wong Kar-Wai is my favorite, I always recommend it to someone especially when they have plans of visiting Hong Kong. It's a juicy slice of happiness, loss, heartbreak and anything in between.

**trivia: personally visited Chungking Mansion in HK last year 2015.

Tulpan by Sergey Dvort is also a must-see; shot in the beautiful steppes of Kazakhstan. Wishes one day I could travel to that place if time and money weren't an issue.

Books:

The Sense of an Ending by Julian Barnes

I love this book so much, worth sharing and re-reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fell in love

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - wishes one day I could teach the kids uphill (to any destination), always fascinated to volunteer and share the best of my knowledge.

Learn - If there is one thing that I have been wanting to learn, probably how to eat spicy food; a trip to South Korea for an authentic kimchee would be fun, soon!

Share - I want to share my stories. I want to be open. I want to hear other stories too.
