I love meeting new people but I'm sort of a quiet type by nature. I spend a lot of time alone working on music-related things, but I like to have a good time too.

Four Tet, Aphex Twin, Fleet Foxes, The Magnetic Fields, Brad Mehldau, Ani Difranco, Bela Fleck... I love all kinds of music. I'm very open to listening to new things.

Books -- James Baldwin, Haruki Murakami, Kurt Vonnegut, Michael Chabon, lots of others. I love talking about books!

Movies -- Wes Anderson, Quentin Tarantino, the Coen brothers, the LOTR movies, Brokeback Mountain...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on tour around the USA with a 25-piece band. Crazy stories from that are available on request, haha.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy teaching people about music! Happy to give mini-lessons, explaining music theory questions, help you work out the chords to a song, that sort of thing.
