Hi everyone. My major interests have been in health; I’m a previous yoga teacher, massage therapist and I studied Neuroscience for my undergraduate and a Physician Associate masters. Working at a primary care in London. I like meditation retreats and walking in nature and seeing new areas around London.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Its is a free home-stay, you get a sense of a culture, and area through the eyes of a local in a new environment. I love it, for all the same reasons I love to travel.

1. Went Coasteering with all my closest friends in Scotland on a perfect day.
2.Ate wild boar with a family of Dayaks in a traditional village in borneo Malaysia.
3.Watched a crowd of hundreds of men in Viking attire burn a huge galley ship to the ground by throwing torchs at it. (Up Helly Aah festival Shetland)
