Hey I’m Daven! I’m from Atlanta, Georgia but the past couple years I have been traveling all over the world, meeting new people and experiencing amazing cultures. Still so many places to go! I believe in simple living, loving the people around you, and that kindness is powerful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to make connections with locals in the places I travel to! I love meeting new people and sharing stories! I always learn so much more when I experience a new place from a local’s perspective.

Interests

I love good conversation about anything from culture and faith, to movies and travel stories. I am always up for any kind of adventurous new experience! Reading, drinking coffee, and people watching in a nice cafe is one of my favorite things to do especially on a rainy day! When I am traveling I love exploring nature and charming little spots that only locals know :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with hippos in the Zambezi river at the top of Victoria Falls!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be more than happy to swap travel experiences or book and music recommendations! I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and then coached for 3 years so I could probably teach you a handstand or cartwheel or something!
I would really love to learn to skateboard!!! Also open to learning new vegetarian recipes (and how to cook them lol) and where to get the best coffee in your area :)
