Overview
About Me
New to Bristol, new job. Recent graduate from university, working on boats.
I spent 8 years traveling the world in a VW camper and couchsurfing since 2011. I left a “safe” career in the navy, home and stuff I didn't need, to see what else is out there. Along the way I broke my sailboat, lost the rest of my stuff and started the trip again. Made Al-Jazeera News In Sao Paulo UK Daily Mail
Now I'm Exploring the Americas in a VW bus, just like my heroes: That guy and this guy and this other guy too.
PHILOSOPHY Fear < Love Honesty is best. "Be here now" - Ram Dass, Oasis "Wherever you go, there you are." - Confucius, Buckaroo Banzai
¨Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.¨ - Steve Jobs
Costliness and wealth bring me no pleasure; the only happiness I care to find derives from setting treasure in my mind, and not from mind that's set on winning treasure. I prize no comeliness. All fair things pay to time, the victor, their appointed fee and treasure cheats even the practiced eye. Mind is the better and the truer way; to leave the vanities of life aside, not throw my life away on vanity. - Sor Juana Ines De La Cruz

Interests
Sustainable travel: What sustains me and others? How can we sustain the human race's course on this planet?
Even while I burn fossil fuels and use petroleum products daily :( I recycle and use solar power for my electricity and will soon study to build a wind/solar dive sailboat for cruising/chartering.
