About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore as much as i can before i eventually have to join the real world of work

ABOUT ME

I'm currently travelling in Austrailia, then New Zealand, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos before heading back home. I enjoy seeing new places and seeing as much as i can.

PHILOSOPHY

Wing it

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couch surfed before across the US (2009) and also hosted with my partner back in Hull. Surfing was a fantastic experience, as was hosting, and i'm hoping to get the same experience again if i can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Chicago was my favourite place for couch surfing, in the short time i was there i met the most diverse but friendly and helpful people across the whole of the US. Because of couchsurfing, i saw parts of the city i would have never thought to explore and met people i'm still in touch with today.

Interests

I enjoy my music, Noel Gallagher, Kasabian, and Daft Punk are the ones i'm listening to most at the minute, but i tend to change from week to week.

I love the cricket but can't see Oz vs India while i'm over here, but i try to keep up to date with it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Lock, Stock; Wayne's World, Back to the future, are some of my fave films, but i'm quite happy to watch whatever.

Music, Noel Gallagher, Kasabian, Daft Punk, Bloc Party, Foo Fighters, The Beatles, Pendulum, Stereophonics, Oasis, Mumford and Sons, and on and on...

Books, I've downloaded the kindle app on my phone so i'm currently trying to read some of the classics (as they're free to download). I'm on Dracula at the min, i'm also readin the Sherlock Holmes stories as i saw the movie and i thought i'd jump on the bandwagon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably travel the length of the U.S. It's something a lot of other people have done too, but it was a huge exeperience for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn as much about each city/country i visit and the people who live there are the best people to learn from.

I'm not sure what i could really teach, other than lessons from my experiences travelling before, and also i'd like to think i have a good knowledge of the U.K

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom
