About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be open to new experiences, places, peoples. Take life as it comes and keep smiling anyway

ABOUT ME

Basically I like to go with the flow when I travel, planning things out, while sometimes neccessary, seems to take some of the excitement out of it, hence loving an idea like couchsurfing.

As an example, I travelled over to the UK with the intention of traveling around and then perhaps finding work once money got tight. After looking for around a month to no avail, I applied for a job that couldn't possibly be real, and yet the next thing I know I'm sitting in the office of Nintendo, being offered a job as a games tester... so now I live in Frankfurt, despite not knowing any German.

I'm getting there though, and at least I know how to say thank you. So yeah, life is crazy, and the more people you meet the better it gets.

PHILOSOPHY

Stay true to the beliefs that you hold, and let your actions reflect them. Don't let the fear of looking stupid stop you from having amazing experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Please, do yourself a favour and read "Name of the Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss, it's the second best book I've ever read. The best is "The Wise Man's Fear", but that's the sequel and it wouldn't make sense to read that first.I love movies, romantic comedies are my guilty pleasure, not a fan of horror. Favourite movie would be a 3 way tie between The Shawshank Redemption, The Great Race and Scott Pilgrim vs the World.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hugged a Panda :)
