About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enhancing relationships with the world

ABOUT ME

In July 2008 I left full time employment and effectively at the call of God became a full time volunteer. Since then I have spent 2 1/2 years as a full time volunteer, working in several states rebuilding disaster damaged homes, building an 18 hole latrine in Haiti, a Presidential Election Observer in El Salvador. I founded a non profit in the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans doing ministry with teenagers in jail and operate a community garden. I just bought a big house and am looking forward to having lots of space to host Couch Surfers.

Due to some who have made unwise decisions or not been able to practice moderation the following house rules have been expanded: No Drugs; No Guns (of any type); No Alcohol; No Intoxication; No Smoking (in the house). Anyone in violation will be asked to leave.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel I am still on earth because He has a reason for me to be here. Currently this is manifested through building and bridging relationships and rebuilding homes and lives that have been damaged in disaster.
