You're looking at David & Alex, currently living it up in Medellin. David is from the UK and has worked across a number of industries as a Buyer, and has recently set-up his own company here in Colombia.

Alex is a teacher, originally from Cali, having studied and worked in Spain for a number of years. She has started selling Coconut Ice Creams and water (using a family recipe) and we're out at the Ciclovia every weekend selling these!

We are an easy-going couple always on the lookout for new friends, albeit not necessarily pursuing a typical party lifestyle in the city.

We're here to meet likeminded people who can add to our new network here in Colombia and beyond. We love to help out tourists new to this amazing city and we also have ambitions to find people who can input into our various ongoing projects (Colombian coffee, ice creams, online consultancy, teaching etc).

兴趣

We're both relatively sporty, regularly using the upstairs gym in our building. We both like to play tennis, but generally make each other play worse than our own abilities allow.

David is a techy guy, who engrains himself in his laptop and phone to learn new skills most hours of the day (inc. photoshop, coding etc). Alex tends to focus on her relationships more and can be found learning & teaching new materials constantly, reaching out to experts in her field.

We share an appreciation for Colombian music, specifically Bachata. However we also very much enjoy chilled/deep/mainstream house music too, when we've absorbed too much Colombian salsa.

Best and most impressive sight I've seen to date was Iguasu falls in Argentina. In this city however, it has to be Paragliding. Absolutely loved my time up there and would thoroughly recommend going if you find the time whilst here.

Double/Single/Blow-Up/Couch for a bed (delete as appropriate). We can also assist with practical things like finding new apartments, finding furniture or even just being friendly faces. David is decent with his design work and Alex knows tourism within Colombia (and specifically Medellin) phenomenally well.
