About Me
I'm a happy go lucky carefree adventurer trying to do what most people tell me is either insane, crazy, or the coolest thing they've ever heard of! I love yoga, surfing, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, Chakra cleansing, breathwork, meditation, journaling, art, glassblowing, woodworking, and anything else that connects me with nature and my soul! I'm a Rescue Diver and Cave explorer, I play guitar, piano, latin percussion, and I'm learning banjo right now. I just love good people who love people and I want to fill my life and surround myself with loving people! My wife and I are traveling around, looking for the perfect place to settle down with our puppy and would love for you to convince us that this place is where you're at!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have a very unique job. I work for the largest sustainable fuels company in the world and I travel around the nation pretty much constantly commissioning new bio, natural gas, or hydrogen systems. I was married to my dream woman Briana in September of 2014 and we had this crazy idea! Let's get rid of everything and hop around the nation in search of our dream place to settle down and make a family, so I asked my boss and surprisingly he agreed?! We are in search, of loving people, to show us their town or point us in a direction and we want to make as many new friends and touch as many lives as possible along the way. Our intention is one of freedom, and calm, and ease. It is our intention to share ourselves, and help those we meet as they help us. We have so much to give for those willing to accept. My wife has a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from USM and leads groups for woman, I can pretty much build and fix anything. I am a master electrician and engineer and would love to help you out with anything you need as a thanks for opening your loving home and heart to us.
Interests
Oh wow, so many. Music is a big one, I use it to express myself a lot. I play piano, guitar, some latin percussion, and I'm trying to learn banjo as I said up there... I'm a Rescue, deep, cave, diver and I love diving cave networks, I've done 27 so far. I used to blow glass but its been a while. The woods, outside, nature, the rain, the smell of the earth fills my soul like no other. I love to cook, and I'm pretty good at it so I'm told. I love to read and I've been stuck on historical stuff lately. I surf, or surfed, a lot. I like running but my knees don't. I love to sing, and laugh. I rock climb quite a bit. Anything that I can do with my hands, is good. I like building things mainly out of other things that used to be something else. I like taking really close up pictures of flowers with bugs on them, there's something about the contrast that interests me like two opposite spectrum's of beauty. There is so many things that I love to do, most have to do with either exercising the body, mind, or spirit but there really is too much to list, we can talk about it when we meet!

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything Laura Hillenbrand writes, anything Kings of Leon sings. I've been reading Bill O'reilly's books lately, Killing Jesus, Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy, all fascinating historical books. My current read is Departure by A.G. Riddle, its pretty good so far. I also secretly like Etgar Keret and his twisted comical mind. The other stuff I read is more serious spiritual books like Loyalty to your Soul, Perfect Health (Deepak Chopra), we can talk more about this too if you want. As for music, I'm an open book. I love pretty much anything that has beauty.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Loved without expectation.
I'm not one to boast. I've done some pretty cool stuff, but just ask.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach electrical, framing, drywall, woodworking, glass blowing, surfing, guitar, meditation, yoga, piano, english, gardening, logic control, cooking, to name a few. I want to learn more about myself, and others, how to love deeper and let go easier. I want to learn what I can do for you too. I can share my experiences, any wisdom I can offer, and anything I have (except my wife :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I really want this experiance we have set out upon to be an experiance of helping and trading kindness. Want to build a shed? Need an extra outlet somewhere? Having car trouble? Need a good hug? Can I do those dishes for you or take out the trash? We want to share in your home, and help in any way we can.
