Overview
About Me
Full time Grad Student @ FIU who loves nature, and People. We are not apart from the environment, and it's going to take all of us to be part of the solution to Climate Change. I love adventure, traveling, and exploring. I'm Pretty athletic going to the gym, running on the beach, cycling, but not a sports fanatic. When I travel I'm looking for unique sites and low budget activities recommended by locals, off the beaten path. I'm a trailblazer at heart. I'm deeply spiritual (God, Universe, and karma), introspective (journal writing) and mindful (Deep Breathing meditation), but I also love pranks/jokes, ridiculousness, & an occasional hardcore party night of dancing Yeeeaaaahhh!!! I Love my Dog Gus, an 85 lb Dalmation/ American Bulldog.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One of the best ways to get a feel for a place is to hang out with people that live there and aren't trying to sell you stuff. One of my favorite ways to learn, grow, and obtain wisdom is through compassionately understanding other's ways of life. What always works for me, may not work for you, but something that works for you sometimes, might work for me sometimes, and vice versa. I'm a people person, and everyone brings me joy- some when they come. some when they leave.

Teach, Learn, Share
Get ready to talk about global climate change, what it looks like where you're from, and what you're doing about it. I'm pretty invested in this topic, and have dedicated my life to a career in this field. I used to be an inner city high school ecology educator.
Food is another universal aspect we'll talk about, and share in. I'm curious what meals look like and what the relationship with food is like where you're from. I can get creative in the kitchen, and will prepare a meal for us to enjoy.
I'm also curious how the Divine Omnipotent Power of the Universe expresses itself where you come from. What are your spiritual practices like?
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm full of Epic Stories. I've come to a point where I'm living my days as if they were my last, but from a space of integrity and long term sustainability, instead of reckless hedonistic abandon (but sometimes that's fun too). I'm happy to share my time, talents, and treasures with my hosts, and my guests.
