Overview
About Me
I type things on a laptop for a living.
I make terrible (TERRIBLE) puns and really like portmanteaus.
Food network enthusiast.
I am often covered in sawdust.
I like futzing around with something that makes a noise that I think I can turn into music.
I want to know how everything works. Literally. Not figuratively. Everything. Also, how to do everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I sold my house and all my stuff and am spending a while doing the digital nomad thing.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read voraciously, and before my Kindle, I had to repeatedly weed out my bookshelf. It was like Survivor. Many torches were extinguished.
I am constantly listening to podcasts: Freakonomics, misc NPR, Decode DC, 99% Invisible, Radiolab, Planet Money, etc.
I dig indie, rock, electronica and some classical. Also I like any instrument I can make a terrible racket with.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
uhhhh I just kayaked the amazon rainforest, that was pretty neat.
Teach, Learn, Share
I LOVE to learn and share what I know. I am constantly seeking to grow.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking! I love cooking for people and hosting dinner parties. Plus I'm super handy if something falls apart while I'm there.
